HIRING an EXPERIENCED OUTSIDE LOAN OFFICER for our TOMS RIVER, New Jersey location. Applicants do NOT have to travel to the office.

We are seeking an EXPERIENCED Loan Officer who works well independently and who wants to enjoy the flexibility of working from nearly any location. This is an outside position. All loans are processed by our company at our Toms River location.

We provide you the tools to be successful. State of the art computer system including Calyx POINT software.

We employ full time processors, assistants and a receptionist. Our office is a spacious location, located on a major road. The conference room can handle up to 20 people comfortably. Loan officers have their own phone, computer and extensions.

Our very generous commission split is based on your experience and total revenue produced based on closed loans each month. We offer Production incentives and bonuses, portion of advertising reimbursements.

We have hundreds of mortgage programs available.
Our product includes everything from FHA, No-Doc, 107% purchase to Hard credit loans and Senior Reverse mortgages.

The manager of this office hold a personal Mortgage Bankers License and has over 20 years experience, has financed over 4000 families and is the author of the Mortgage Loan Officer Home Study Training Manual and has taught hundreds of people how to earn a six-figure income in the mortgage business.

REQUIREMENTS
One year direct mortgage Loan Officer experienced is required. You must be career minded, ambitious, self-motivated and accustomed to working well independently, as our Loan Officers enjoy the flexibility of working from nearly any location.
