Alliance Financial Network is owned by Dan Palumbo, personally licensed by the State of New Jersey as a Correspondent Mortgage Banker in New Jersey and a Correspondent Mortgage Lender in Florida. We are licensed to act as both a banker and broker.

Dan has been in the mortgage business for over 20 years and has closed more than 4000 loans.

The mortgage operation specializes in Residential and Commercial, Purchase and Refinance transactions, including Cash out options and debt consolidation. In addition, Alliance Financial is HUD approved for FHA and the very popular Reverse Mortgage loans.
